Registration for Stretch & Flexibility Thursday 9:15AM 2019 Session Three

Stretch & Flexibility: Do you have a tight and stiff body?  Do you have limited flexibility?  You can have a lot of muscle tightness from sitting at your desk or on the couch for long periods of time.  If you don't "stretch out" regulary, your muscles can become overly tight, lose flexibility, and range of motion.  Even if you workout and play sports, you could experience a loss of flexibility.  In the class we will use yoga as the basis of our stretching, lengthening, and movement.  You will start to feel better as we work out the tightness in your body.  Your range of motion and flexibility will increase.  You will feel a greater sense of freedom as you move around.

No experience is necessary and all levels of flexibility are welcomed, but you must be able to get up and off the floor easily.

As with all fitness classes here, a devotion and prayer will be offered either at the beginning or end of each class.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHECK WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY FITNESS PROGRAM.

Medical Release: 
Your payment for this class acknowledges that your have read and agree to the Medical Release for Adults.

Cancellations: 
Cancellations made prior to the start of the session will be refunded to your credit card minus a four percent fee.

Refunds: 
No refunds are given after the first class has taken place.
