Registration for Core and Tone Wednesday 9:00AM 2019 Session Three
Description

Core & Tone: Experience a fun and upbeat class that challenges you to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. The format consists of mat exercises to isolate and strengthen core muscles, hand weights to strengthen upper body and standing and seated yoga poses to improve lower body strength and flexibility. There will be an emphasis on using the breath to obtain proper alignment. The results will be improved endurance, flexibility and increased energy. All levels are encouraged and welcome.

As with all fitness classes here, a devotion and prayer will be offered either at the beginning or end of each class.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHECK WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY FITNESS PROGRAM.

Medical Release: 
Your payment for this class acknowledges that your have read and agree to the Medical Release for Adults.

Cancellations: 
Cancellations made prior to the start of the session will be refunded to your credit card minus a four percent fee.

Refunds: 
No refunds are given after the first class has taken place.
