Mixed Level Yoga… Relieves stress, improves balance, strength and flexibility, and boosts the immune system.

This class is designed to allow beginners a chance to learn at their own pace while more experienced students can deepen their practice.

As with all fitness classes here, a devotion and prayer will be offered either at the beginning or end of each class.

NOTE: We are offering this class two days a week on Tuesday and Thursday.  To avoid confusion you must register for each individual day.  If you would like to register for both days you will need to register for the Tuesday class, start over and register for the Thursday class.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHECK WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY FITNESS PROGRAM.

Medical Release: Your payment for this class acknowledges that your have read and agree to the Medical Release for Adults.

Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to the start of the session will be refunded to your credit card minus a four percent fee.

Refunds: No refunds are given after the first class has taken place.
