Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga embraces moment-to-moment mindfulness through fluid breath. It incorporates gentle physical postures, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation.

This class is especially good for anyone who is needs a less active yoga practice.

As with all fitness classes here, a devotion and prayer will be offered either at the beginning or end of each class.

NOTE: We are offering this class two days a week on Monday and Thursday.  To avoid confusion you must register for each individual day.  If you would like to register for both days you will need to register for the Monday class, start over and register for the Thursday class.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHECK WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY FITNESS PROGRAM.

Medical Release: Your payment for this class acknowledges that your have read and agree to the Medical Release for Adults.

Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to the start of the session will be refunded to your credit card minus a four percent fee.

Refunds: No refunds are given after the first class has taken place.
