Registration for Beginner Yoga Monday 7:15PM 2019 Session Two

Beginner Yoga: Relieves stress, improves balance, strength, flexibility, and boosts the immune system.
This class is designed for those who have never practiced Yoga or have not been practicing Yoga for a while.
As with all fitness classes here, a devotion and prayer will be offered either at the beginning or end of each class.
IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHECK WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY FITNESS PROGRAM.
Medical Release: Your payment for this class acknowledges that your have read and agree to the Medical Release for Adults.
Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to the start of the session will be refunded to your credit card minus a four percent fee.
Refunds: No refunds are given after the first class has taken place.
