50+ Yoga: This yoga class is for anyone who is 50 years of age and over. You will learn how to release tension and melt away stress through gentle stretching, breathing, and balance exercises. Yoga poses may be modified according to your body's needs.

As with all fitness classes here, a devotion and prayer will be offered either at the beginning or end of each class.

NOTE: We are offering this class three days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  To avoid confusion you must register for each day individual day.  If you would like to register for all three days you will need to register for the Monday class, start over and register for the Wednesday class, and then start over and register for the Friday class.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHECK WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY FITNESS PROGRAM.

Medical Release: Your payment for this class acknowledges that your have read and agree to the Medical Release for Adults.

Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to the start of the session will be refunded to your credit card minus a four percent fee.

Refunds: No refunds are given after the first class has taken place.
