Registration for Mixed Level Yoga Tuesday-Thursday Afternoon Fall 2017
Description

Mixed Level Yoga… Relieves stress, improves balance, strength and flexibility, and boosts the immune system.

This class is designed to allow beginners a chance to learn at their own pace while more experienced students can deepen their practice.

As with all fitness classes here, a devotion and prayer will be offered either at the beginning or end of each class.

It is recommended that you check with your physician before beginning any fitness regimen.

SPECIAL PAYMENT OPTION NOTICE: If you choose to only take one day of a two-day per week class, we have created a way for you to do that. Simply check which day you want in the payment section and your credit card will be charged for that day of the week only. 

Your payment for this class acknowledges that your have read and agree to the Release of Liability and Publicity Consent Clause.

Cancellations made prior to the start of the session: Payments made by credit card will be refunded minus a four percent fee. 

No refunds are given after the first class has taken place.
