Registration for Gentle Yoga Thursdays Fall 2017

Gentle Yoga embraces moment-to-moment mindfulness through fluid breath. It incorporates gentle physical postures, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation.

This class is especially good for anyone who is needs a less active yoga practice.

Your payment for this class acknowledges that your have read and agree to the Release of Liability and Publicity Consent Clause.

As with all of our fitness classes, we highly suggest that your check with your physician before beginning any fitness regimen.
