Registration for Core and Tone Fall 2017
Description

Experience a fun and upbeat class that challenges you to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. The format consists of mat-pilates exercises to isolate and strengthen core muscles, hand weights to strengthen upper body and standing and seated yoga poses to improve lower body strength and flexibility. There will be an emphasis on using the breath to obtain proper alignment. The results will be improved endurance, flexibility and increased energy. All levels are encouraged and welcome.

Your payment for this class acknowledges that your have read and agree to the Release of Liability and Publicity Consent Clause.

Cancellations made prior to the start of the session: Payments made by credit card will be refunded minus a four percent fee.
