Join us for a unique opportunity to learn this centuries old Chinese exercise designed for health and relaxation. Initially, Tai Chi was practiced as a fighting form but has evolved into an exercise emphasizing strength, balance, and flexibility. This gentle form of exercise can be practice by people of all ages.

Tai Chi is an ongoing free class, although registration is required.  Classes are on Wednesday evenings.

Your registration for this class acknowledges that your have read and agree to the Release of Liability and Publicity Consent Clause.
